About My Research and Academic Interests

I am currently studying Actuarial Science & Statistics. It's my major and includes a lot of math and statistical work.
Below is a list of my interests, passions, and studies.
Personal Interest List
- Money
- I've always liked seeing what goes on making deals
- See how people negotiate and use their people skills to solidify agreements.
- I love to see how people make money and where money in a business is dispersed and how it's used.
- Math
- Statistics has always been something that interested me, and I think I can use statistics to help me and my career.
- I find it super interesting how people use math to judge how much their company is worth and give an estimated valuation.
- Seeing and reviewing sales is a part of the business that is very important and I find a lot of interest in how the amound of sales affects almost every aspect of the company and can sometimes show the true success of a company
- Shark Tank
- It's always fascinating to see what new entrepreneurs are out there and all the different backgrounds people come from.
- Seeing new patents and inventions always gets me thinking of how people can even come up with ideas. It makes me get creative and inspires me to think outside of the box
- I also like to see how people present their new ideas to the investors. I like to judge what they do and think if they have good people skills, and if I were the one up there giving a pitch, what would I do similarly and what would I do differently. I think it helps me know how to speak to people who I want to agree with me, and be a more personable human.
